Questions
How does scanning my paper menu work?
Take a photo of each page of your menu. We read the dishes and prices and show them in a list. You fix anything that is wrong, then tap Add. Clear, flat photos work best. Your free trial includes 3 scans, and paid plans include many more.
Can I print stickers, cup sleeves or delivery bag labels?
Yes. Download your QR code as a sharp image with your colors and logo, and give it to any printer. The same code works on tables, stickers, cups, bags, posters and flyers.
Do I need a card to start?
No. Sign up and use everything for 14 days. We never ask for a card.
What happens after 14 days?
Your menu stays online for your guests. Editing pauses until you subscribe, and you pick up right where you left off.
How do I pay?
Pick a plan (monthly, 6 months or yearly), pay by Telebirr or bank transfer, then send a screenshot of your receipt from the Billing page. We confirm it, usually within one business day.
Can I change my menu after printing the QR code?
Yes. The QR code always opens your latest menu, so you never need to reprint it.
Can guests order from the menu?
Not yet. Maed Digital is a digital menu: guests browse your items, prices and offers.
